And so...
So I'll be picking up Sally tonight from the garage. Actually, she was all set yesterday morning, but I wouldn't have been able to get there before they closed since I had to pick up C at her school (been using her car, after all) and made sure that she was home by 1830 so she could get to her Spanish class at the church across the street. However, the guy at Bancroft said it was okay if I couldn't pick her up until today, so that'll go all right then. It'll be nice to lie in bed until 700 again instead of dragging myself out by 630 so we can leave early enough. But on the downside, I won't have enough time in the morning to stop at the Panera in Marlborough to pick up a yummy bagel and a cookie. Oh well, I'll live.
Not much in the way of other news, really.
On the gaming side, I'm slowly building ideas for a world in which to set a D&D campaign. There are no real countries, only city-states that control a certain amount of land around them, along with vast areas where there is no real government to control goings-on. There's going to be a good mix of material from the default Greyhawk and Forgotten Realms settings, plus all the material from the Complete books I've purchased. Plus I might through some stuff influenced from Hackmaster into it. On a side project, I may work on Hackmaster d20 just for grins.
