Since you don't have cable to get SciFi channel... it's a new series... third new series, in fact. You can get the first two (Ninth Doctor and the first series of the Tenth Doctor) on DVD already. (Played by Christoper Eccleston and David Tennant, respectively... Tennant's the current Doctor.)
