Well here we are again, another Friday, which means the weekend is coming up...
So here we go with anything and everything that I can tell you.
Friday 17 December:
The only plan I have for tonight is to go out with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
silvara77 and at least one of my parents to Brew City, to celebrate me getting an actual non-contract job somewhere. After that, it's back home to relax.
Saturday 18 December:
The morning and part of the afternoon will be taken up with shopping for relatives for Christmas. There'll be a good bit of running all over creation getting things.
Afterwards, we're heading to a friend's house for a Solstice Gathering, which is really nice since I'll be seeing friends that I haven't seen since the last gathering last year. I plan on bringing a pesto and tortellini combo that's always been a hit at other holiday parties. That, and sparkling cider.
Sunday 19 December:
Whilesilvara77 is at her much-dreaded annual faculty Christmas party, I shall be gaming. I also plan to spend that night working on our travel-worthy mixed CD. That's right, one CD will last us the entire trip there and back again... gotta love Sony's AtracPlus compression format.
Now on to the actual Holiday plans:
Tuesday 21 December (Yule):
Company pot luck. Bringing lemon and lime bars. Not planning on staying too long after 1730, assilvara77 and I will have packing and such to get started on.
Thursday 23 December:
As soon as I get out of work and home, we head out. I figure we'll be on the road by 1900. Add in eight to ten hours, and we'll be down there. Mom-in-law got us one of those FastPass units for our car, so we won't have to stop for tolls, just roll on through. Julius the Cat is staying home this time.
Friday 24 December to Monday 27 December:
Down in Virginia. Mostly incommunicado, though I do have access to LJ. I'll be checking once in a while, plus I believe I loaded Semagic on their PC down there. We're drving back up on that Monday, as I was able to get it off from work.
New Year's:
The only plan we have is to get Chinese food again on NYE. Other than that, nothing's set in stone. Perhaps a movie or something. I have NYE off from work, as the place will be shut down.
Anywho...
