Tuesday update

Well, there are two things I'd like to talk about when it comes to this past Tuesday...


First off, silvara77 and I had our first OB appointment. The doctor in question is very nice and very knowledgable. After an initial examination, she brought out a small Doppler-based piece of equipment, and started hunting for the kiddo. It took a few minutes, but we soon heard a rapid woosh-woosh sound of our child's heartbeat! Gods, but was that one of the best things I've ever heard. It now seems more real that this is all happening.

Second, I've got another line or three on jobs. I'll know more about what's happening during the week.

Third, Game 6. I have to say that this was one of the best games that I've seen. Schilling pitching a terrific game. Bellhorn's ground-rule double being correctly changed into a home run. A-Rod getting the smackdown for interfering with a play. NYPD in riot gear swarming out along the stands after fans were throwing things out onto the field. Foulke pitching a great 9th inning. History being made with the Red Sox being the only team in MLB history to come from a 0-3 game deficit to 3-3 and forcing a Game 7.
Now it's onto Game 7, and hopefully another bit of history by winning.

Awesome!! We heard the baby's heartbeat at my last appointment, the girls thought it was pretty cool too :)

Awwwwwwwww. I can not imagine what it must feel like to hear that.

Have you decided on names? Or do I have a vague remembrance that you mentioned that already?

Yes, Yes Yes!!!!!! I admit I used to like the Yanks, only because of a play I was in. But I am converted now. I BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!
