Right...
The end of Nashua is in sight... Friday at the latest. Right now, it's mostly tagging, mapping printers, and documenting the whole thing.

I'll be doing an overnight in Chelmsford Wednesday night/Thursday morning. I hope I can go into Nashua late so that I can get a couple of hours of sleep before going up there, working, coming home, then crashing... as opposed to crashing on the way home.

On a lighter note... Opus will be returning to the newspapers... that's right, your favorite penguin (apart from you Linux goons out there) will be returning to Sunday funnies everywhere this November! Yes!!!!

More later as news warrants.

So, originally I was supposed to go to Chelmsford and work with a team of techs on this Comcast project for work. This is the overnight jobber...
Now, since the solo tech going to Lowell doesn't have a mobile phone, I was selected to go.
I don't know my way around Lowell.
I have Mapquest directions, but fuckload of good they'll do me when I'm driving at night in the dark.
I'm afraid that I'll get lost somewhere, miss the time I'm supposed to be there (2300), and foul things up.
Plus, I've got the feeling that I'm a solo tech on this site. I hope this means that it's not going to be a huge thing that I have to do alone. It's some sort of software upgrade project, so hopefully it won't be too bad. Otherwise, I'm bringing a book with me (like I always do anyway).
The one thing I don't think that I'll like is the fact that I may be doing this alone. No one to talk to, apart from myself and any voices in my head.
The one thing that I will like is the fact that any hours I spend on this are double time. I could use the dosh.

Any ideas and tips would be welcome here.
