Bowling

Well last night wasn't too bad. We took 6 out of 8 points, and beat the other team by a grand total of 10 pins.
Colleen managed to get three strikes last night, doubling her overall strike total. Even Trish managed to get one. I was the last one to get one. (Damned if I wasn't gonna have a strike when everyone else was getting them.)
However, only Colleen's average went up, but only by less than a pin. The rest of us went down, but only by less than a pin. We're at the point where we need to have phenomenal evenings to really affect our averages.
We're still hanging onto next to last place by our fingernails, but hopefully we can start pulling ourselves out of the slump.

For those who may be interested in doing up their own beers without having to spend all that money on the gear, there's a place in Natick called Barleycorn’s Craft Brew. They have a wide variety of styles to choose from, including wine and sodas.

For $40, perhaps I can try to brew up my own root beer (with honey, of course) or my own ginger beer (again, with honey)...
