Well, so far so good...
Got a cubicle and computer system right off the bat.
Still need my user ID, Outlook ID, badge with clearances, parking permit...
Going to get Dell Certification by the end of the week.
I will be on my own next week, but there are two other techs in another location that will be handling calls too.
Right now it's all laid-back and easy going.
More later as news warrants.
