Okay, so...
Friday: Johnny (brother in law) checked out of his hotel and spent the night with us. It was pretty much a night of just hanging around the house, watch a DVD... nothing really exciting.
Saturday: While Colleen and Johnny go to the Worcester Art Museum to look around, I go look at shoes. I find a pair of sneakers that was about $40, but I didn't get them. We then all meet up with my Dad for an early Father's Day lunch at Moe's, a new southwestern-type grille that's on Rt 9 in Shrewsbury. I love the chicken quesadillas there. Food is really good, so there's the plug for it. Johnny heads off for home sometime in the late afternoon, and I go off to my Saturday night D&D game, which will not meet again until sometime in mid/late July. Suprisingly, there was no drama during this visit. I've seen some bad times happen when J comes to visit, or when we visit her family in VA... but there wasn't any of that this time.
Sunday: I spend the day cleaning. Three loads of sheets, a load of towels, clean up the kitchen, living room and dining area. I also manage to knock down the pile of clothes in the bedroom into something a little more manageable. ibabeu, who's planning to move into the Worcester or Grafton area. Quite cool. Coupling was funny, but I'm still not too sure on the new character, Oliver, who has taken the beloved Jeff's place.
All in all, not a bad weekend. Colleen's Mum is up this week, so there should be some nice times ahead.
