Not a lot to report again...

Friday night: Typical night of relaxation in front of the TV with Stargate SG1 and Monk. Went to dinner at Margaritagrill, which is the Mexican half of Chuck's Steak House. To sum up, it wasn't to my liking. The only good bit of food in the whole meal was dessert -- lemon cheesecake, wrapped, and deep-fried. That was good. My taco/enchilada/burrito combo wasn't so hot. When one gets a plain cheese enchilada, he shouldn't expect there to be huge chunks of raw onion in there as well. So far, the best Mexican food I've had has been at La Tolteca in Manassas.

Saturday: Early on, discovered that [livejournal.com profile] 7threality was feeling under the weather, so the initial decision was not to gather at our gaming spot. So, a quick change in plans allowed [livejournal.com profile] silvara77 and I to go see Spider-Man 2. Enjoyable movie, I recommend it very much. Beforehand, we stopped at That's Entertainment for my weekly comic fix. On the way from there to the theatre, we got a call saying that Scott wanted to do a little bit of playing with a couple of new characters. This way, everyone would have two. So after the movie, we went over to Scott's place and played for a little while. Then it was a brief trip to the market, then home to relax and do a "scrounge night" for supper. We watched a few Mr Bean cartoons (which we didn't know existed until a few months ago thanks to my brother-in-law), then sleep.

Sunday: Slow morning. [livejournal.com profile] silvara77 went to the late mass, then we had lunch during our usual Sunday noontime candlepin bowling show. Afterwards, we took a quick trip to Borders. I didn't get the book I was going there for, but I found Blood Rites, the new Harry Dresden book by Jim Butcher. So naturally, I grabbed it. We then went to the market to get items that we didn't get the night before, then home to clean up, have a nice pasta dinner, and then relax.

Monday: Same old same old now. Actually, I think we'll be able to park in our new driveway today...
