Well... yesterday (Monday) was somewhat interesting...
I usually roll out of bed when![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
silvara77 goes off to work, or around 700a. That's when the TV goes on, too. (Wings reruns early in the morning.)
So I doze until about 900a or so, putter around doing nothing for a little bit, do my online job search and such... and then I started in on cleaning up the living room, doing a major load of dishes, and working on the bathroom.
In fact, I got so wrapped up in cleaning, I forgot to bring a lunch up to the wife at school. She even phoned me about it. It all turned out okay, cos she was able to get something at school.
So I finish my stuff somewhere between 200p and 300p, and decide to rest. After a quick shower, I hopped into the car and got Wendy's forsilvara77, since she was going to be stuck at school that night for parent conferences, as report cards went out yesterday. She got home around 830p, and we both crashed.
When she got home, she told me that I felt rather warm. We checked my temperature -- 100.2. So I basically confirmed that I had a mild bug (especially since I had a throat tickle, cough, and a little congestion). Took a shot of Nyquil, and I slept all right.
So now it's Tuesday. Election Day. We're going up to vote after she gets home from school. She's also got a Spanish refresher class tonight, so there goes the meatballs and pasta for tonight, unless I make it really early. Also getting a haircut this afternoon, as I'm looking a bit shaggy.
