With this being Friday, my first full week of work will be complete as of 1730 today.
And yet, somehow I don't fully feel like I've accomplished much.
Earlier this week, I was still in training, reviewing a lot of what I learned last week about the products (remote control systems for broadcasting companies).
On Thursday, I took part in my first all-hands monthly meeting. Did I understand all the numbers that were being thrown about? Not all of them, but hey, at least I got to wave at the folks when I was introduced as the New Guy on the Block.
Now it's Friday, and I'm starting on the phones. Easy stuff, mind you... Return Authorizations, software authorization codes... and I listen in on some of the other call types too. Slowly but surely I'll get the hang of this.
