1. What kind of computer do you have? (Mac, iBook, Dell, etc.)
- Pentium III 800 Mhz, 640MB RAM with two HDDs over 100GB apiece. Currently inoperable, still researching why.
Got it as part of my A+/Networking class, built by a mom-and-pop sort of place, I think. Not a brand name.
- Toshiba Satellite laptop, Celeron 600MHz. Mostly used by Colleen.
2. How old is it? Are you happy with it?
- Got it in September 2001, so it's about five years gold. For the most part, yes. Right now, though, no.
3. How many computers are in your household? (at home if you are away at school)
- Two desktops that are/were operational, one laptop.
4. What are your favorite games/timewasters on your computer?
- Apart from LJ and email? CSI, Dungeon Siege, The Sims... also use it for RPG software (eTools, HeroDesigner, Metacreator)
5. If money were no object, what kind of computer would you like to have?
- Pentium 4, top of the line processor. At least 1GB RAM. DVD R/W and DVD-ROM drives. Top of the line video and sound cards (nothing on the motherboard, please). 21" flat panel monitor. Network card and modem. External hard drive to store music in both MP3 and AtracPlus formats. Two hard drives with at least 120GB space each. Um... enough USB ports to handle everything I've got.
