ooooooo boy...

Last night... hooo boy, it was a night for strikes...
I managed to get another one, so there's only been one week where I didn't get one.
Colleen managed to get three strikes, but one was on her practice box, so it didn't count.
Darryl... well here's his story:
First string, he gets three strikes -- two of them in his last box! He ends up with a 135 for that string. However, he managed to spiral downhill from there (94 and 73... his average is in the low 90s). His candle did burn very brightly early on, but it started to fizzle.
I had a 78, 87 and 84... not bad, with an 83 average for the night. I'm getting better.
Practice night on Friday.

Colleen's birthday is Saturday... I don't actually have a present, but maybe we can agree that the tickets to see Eddie Izzard in October is part of her present.

Interview on Thursday for that call center job. Gods, the learning and growth benefits there are wonderful! I should be able to get the job without too much of a problem. I'm going to be subjected to a typing assessment (they look for ~20wpm... I type at probably 50-60) and an A+ assessment as well. I took a couple of practice exams yesterday, and passes them. However, I'm still going to do a revision out of my A+ book just to be sure.
