Wednesdays...

Gods, and the hits just keep on coming...
Chalk up another two job leads, one of them permanent with a really good salary plus benefits. Okay, it's in Waltham, but I can hack the drive.

This morning, silvara77 unexpectedly forgot her lunch at home. So, being the good husband who's got free time on his hands at the moment, I arrive at her school (which has now been purged of the media vultures) like a knight in shining (well, sort of shining, as I was wearing mostly black today) armor with her lunch.
So then I drive to Price Chopper to get her a few thinsg, primarily bagels. Well, they apparently didn't make any of her favorite ones -- salt. So, I just get her one extra of the others -- egg and asiago cheese.

So now I'm home, pondering on what to have for lunch. Granted, my choices have been limited due to this diet.
Tonight, I'm going to try making pizza dough from spelt flour. I'm told that I can substitute it for regular flour one for one, but it may not rise as high. I can add a touch more yeast to the mix if need be, but I'll only add maybe a pinch or so.
