The Weevils

There were once two weevils living in the country together. One day, they were talking about life, and decided to do something about their miserable existences. So they made a bet: they would return in a year's time, and compare who'd made a better life for himself.

A year passed. They returned. One had become a legal aid, working in the insect courts of England (as an earwig). The other was still flipping dung-balls at Mc(Farmer)Donalds. The second, obviously having lost the bet, was from then known on as The Lesser Of Two Weevils.

Friday on my mind...

Well another week has pretty much come and gone.

silvara77 has been keeping track on the size of little M. Right now, M is about the size of a raspberry, which amuses her to no end, as raspberry is her favorite flavor.

I have an interview this afternoon in Waltham for a position for which I have no details. I'm also waiting to hear back from Holy Cross and another position in Southbridge, since I've already had those interviews. For other interviews, I'm waiting to hear back on two of them through the same recruiter. What fun, eh? Not only that, but I submitted my resume for two more positions through Monster.
At the rate that I'm shotgunning here, I gotta get something.
However, if anyone out there hears anything about a vacancy in the IT department, let me know. :)

I wish I had a lot more to report these days, but I don't. The days all seem the same, unless I have something to break it up like an interview.
