So far, here's what I've done...

Other than those things, I'm in decent shape... just sort of on the bored side right now, since there's not a lot I can do just yet.

- Set up my system to be able to print to both a B&W and a color laser printer.
- Sat in on a phone meeting with then Desktop Delivery Group, of which I'm a part.
- Loaded Opera and Semagic on my system.
And I'm currently waiting on:
- My ID badge, which will also give me access into the PC Room
- Dell Premier Support ID so I can take the certification tests
- An ID and training on the call tracking system that they use
