Okay... I know that it's not until February, and the signup for this isn't until October or November or so... but I'm planning on running at least a couple of events at Total Confusion next year.
Got some ideas...

  • Force Recon (GURPS) - Eight man Marine Force Recon team is to recover the crew and datapacks from a downed RF-14D Catseye in Columbia.

  • SEAL Team Seven (GURPS) - Half of a SEAL platoon is tasked with helping to extract a group of CIA operatives and embassy civilians out of an eastern Asian nation undergoing a coup. (This one may change.) Using characters from the book series.

  • Dungeon Hero (Fantasy Hero, 5th ed. rules) - Using the world of X-Crawl, where it's a modern world and the Roman Empire controls the American continent, and the characters are in a professional Extreme Dungeon Crawl league. (I played in a GURPS variant of this at the last TC... was fun. Bought the X-Crawl book too.)

  • GURPS Dungeon (GURPS) - GURPS variant of the above event. Same characters will be converted over.

  • Throne of Darkness (either GURPS or Fuzion/Sengoku) - Based on the computer RPG of the same name; sort of a Diablo-type game set in Japan.

  • Bughunters (system unknown) - Think Aliens. Might use GURPS, Star HERO, Cyberpunk 2020... not sure as of yet.

Right now, I'm working on characters for Dungeon Hero, using an older version of the FH rules. The new FH book doesn't come out until July, same as D&D 3.5. Once I get them done, I'll work on the GURPS conversion. Then I'll get the adventures over and done with, then playtested.
After that, I'll work on the GURPS Special Ops runs... ToD and Bughunters will be the last things.

There are times when I feel overwhelmed with these projects...

If anyone wants info on Total Confusion, let me know...
