This weekend wasn't too bad...
Friday saw the end of my root canal appointments... so now I can eat on that side again and not favor it. Problem was, I could still taste the dental procedure for a couple of days. It's gone now.
Saturday: Colleen got her hair colored, so now it's a very nice reddish-brown. We played in the "Youth Gone Wild" D&D 3.5e campaign, and we all made a level. Good for us. Of course, we nearly all died before being saved by the cavalry at the last moment... my druid was the only one to drop one of the bowmen that ambushed us.
Sunday: Checked out the new Barnes & Noble that's a couple of miles from our flat. Nice place. Bigger than the one in Auburn, for sure. As good as the Framingham store, I would think. However, we decided to buy a lot of stuff at Borders, since it was Teacher's Appreciation Weekend -- 25% off of anything (that wasn't already on sale), 40% off of any food item from the cafe. So we ate lunch there... C picked up a few books for school, I snagged a couple of paperbacks (Get Shorty and Dhampir) for the trip, and also managed to get the Dark Side of the Moon DVD on the cheapside.
However, through the weekend, I was in a bit of pain. I somehow managed to pull a muscle in my upper left arm before Friday, and it still hurts. The back pain went away for most of the weekend, but came back sometime on Sunday. My knees make lots of protests whenever they bend. This is not fun. I feel like I'm falling apart.
Colleen has volunteered to do some reiki on me, but I don't want to press, since it's also report cards week, and that's always hectic.
