Not much to 'splain...

Friday night, [livejournal.com profile] silvara77 and I went out with my parents to O'Connors for my Dad's birthday dinner. The food was excellent, as usual.
We came back home around 9ish, and just pretty much settled in, though I think that [livejournal.com profile] silvara77 did some more grading.

Saturday morning, there was much more grading for her to do, since report cards were due. We did take a little time in the afternoon to use some expiring movie passes, and saw Team America. My Gods, that was a dumb movie, but there were a few moments that were worth a chuckle. I'm just glad we didn't pay to see it. After a quick stop at the market, we came home, and it was back to grading for [livejournal.com profile] silvara77. We ordered in one of those Double Melt pizzas from Domino's (not too bad, rather tasty), and just camped in for the night. We ended up sleeping out in the living room -- she had the couch (like usual), and I had my comfy spot on the floor.

Sunday morning had her grading still, and she also went to Mass. While she was there, I went out to the markets again. We ate the rest of the pizza for lunch, and then we went to a Halloween party that a friend of hers from school was holding (mostly for kids). I made pumpkin dip for the party. On the way back, we did a quick stop at my parents' place, then back here so [livejournal.com profile] silvara77 could finish grading (done around 10pm) and watch the Patriots' winning streak end. (*sigh*) I helped with finishing the grading, which sped the process along greatly. After she went to bed (relieved from having the report cards done), I watched an episode of Strange on one of the Showtime channels, then went to bed.

Now Monday is here, and she has a long day ahead of her -- school, play auditions, then evening conferences. I'm bringing dinner to her so she can get something in her tummy before facing the parents.
Nothing new for me though.

Nothing more to report.
Carry on.
