An update or two...

Okay... here we go...

Turns out that the costs to repair silvara77's car wasn't as bad as we thought. She found out that she had the extended warranty on her car, so we ended up paying only $50. That warranty has just paid for itself in spades.
I got my first paycheck from work yesterday and it's already in the bank. Woot!
Today's the Christmas party at work. Hopefully it'll go well and not be embarassing or anything like that to anyone.
Bone-numbing cold outside. Brrrr.


And a Merry Yule to us all today. :)

It was 0 (according to the bank clock/temp reading) when I went to the train today.

I wouldn't call that bone numbing. Though the moisture from breathing instantly freezing in my beard/mustache was annoying.
