So now that the weekend's over and done with, it's time to go back to work. Right?
Well...
I head down to my car a few minutes early so I can change the windshield wipers. No biggie. It's damned cold out there, and my fingers feel like they hurt after working with those things.
So I hop in the car when I'm done... and Sally tries to turn over, but doesn't. She sounds like she wants to start up, but she doesn't. It can't be a battery issue, cos all the lights are coming up.
So now it's about 830, I'm waiting for someone from AAA to come around and give me a hand with this. I already called in late to work. Hopefully I can make it in. If I have to have my car towed, it'll cost me some cash which I don't really have on hand right now, and I'll have no way of getting to work today. Hell, I can't even do the post-work errands I would have done because of that.
Well, bright side, if I can't get in: I can get more work on the house done.
