And another Friday looms over us like some great looming thing...

This is the last free weekend that silvara77 has before school starts back up. So are we doing anything special, like a day trip or anything? Nope... we'll be working on the house.
Tonight, though, is not going to be a typical Friday night, no sir. Instead of watching the usual stuff (Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis and Monk), we'll be watching preseason football, since the Redskins will be on. No biggie, I'll DVR the other stuff.

I know it's going to be hot and stick on Sunday, but I'm hankering for chicken casserole, and by Gods, I'm gonna make one.

For lunch twice this week, I've gone up to the local market and hit the salad bar. It's not too bad to do, since the place is only a couple of miles away, and it's better for me than getting sandwiches or other fast food, right?

*sigh*
I need a relaxing day off where I don't have to worry about anything... or at least a nice long lunch break so I can go get my salad and eat it while reading my book, and not worry about rushing to get back to work.

Also need to start working on the Christening for Marcus... who to invite and all that... get things for that together.
