Bowling league tonight... so far, I'm the only one on the team to have a strike in each night. Heh. Maybe tonight the pins will fall better than last week.

Had last night to recover from the trip. All in all, a good time was had. We certainly surprised the hell out of a lot of people.

Brain's sorta dead at the moment... more later when things hit...

Some of you may notice that I'm reworking my profile from time to time... sort of fiddling about with appearance, adding interests and whatnot... LJ is cool. Plan on using it a lot. Saves on email, in a sense.

You know that your cat has missed you when you're lying on the couch, and he jumps up there with you, and shares a snooze with you for two hours. Now just so that you have the picture in your head, Julius is an 18lb Maine Coon. Sweet guy, mind you, and he definitely missed us this past weekend. Mind you, I don't mind napping on the couch with him... it's a simple pleasure that means a lot to me. Besides, he's nice and warm on a winter's afternoon. Must be all that fur.

During this week, I'll be working on getting this apartment better looking. Read: cleaned up. The front room, I will admit, is bordering on a disaster area. This is the room that I had slated to be the gaming room once it was organized and cleaned up. Mind you, it's been a year since stuff has been dumped in there. Admittedly, I've let it slide down to where it is now. At least I have a bunch of shelves for my gaming books.

By the by... working on the music for the wedding... so far, we have Led Zepplin's Thank You for our dance... Colleen's looking for the perfect song for the Father/Daughter dance... as far as I know, In My Life by the Beatles is leading. Anyone have any ideas? (And if anyone suggests Peter Cetera's Daddy's Girl, they'll get a belt 'round the earhole... due to some of the lyrics, that song's already been shot down.)

Current beverage: Mountain Dew Livewire -- it rocks! (I do have cans of caffeine free Dew as well... thanks to my trip to KY)
