Well... I got even less sleep last night cos of this tooth. Gave me pain and discomfort to no end. Cold in the mouth did quell it for a short period of time, but I ran out of ice before bed.
What didn't help was the fact that the electric company decided to do some sort of preventative maintenance in my area, and shut my grid down from like midnight to 430am. I had no white noise to lock onto to even try to sleep, nor did I have a radio or anything. So I lay there on the couch. If I wasn't taking in a liquid every two minutes, I was getting rid of them.
I'm going to go for the RC, since the tooth that was in front of the one in question was extracted two years ago, and you can't do a bridge over a two-tooth gap. I'm going to call it in today to start the arrangements, and hopefully get on some decent painkillers and antibiotics.
*sigh*
I don't know how I'm going to make it through the day on about an hour's sleep...

Well, my RC officially starts on 5 March. However, I'm going in later today so he can open it up to drain. That should take a chunk of the agony away, they say. However, I can't get on any meds for it until closer to the actual RC. (WtF?)
If this works and I can start taking closer to normal doses of Tylenol (I've been doubling up, mind you), I'll be happier. And I'll keep the ice close at hand too.

On a side note... how do anemia and chewing ice go together? I haven't figured that one out...
