Bowling update from 25 May 04

We were definitely not switched on last night. That, combined with being stuck in lanes 1-2, which suck to high heaven, didn't help us at all. We were damned lucky that we had a 20-pin handicap. If it wasn't for that, we wouldn't have won the third string by 15 pins. However, we were down 44 pins on the whole night, and took only 2 out of 8 points.
I had one strike in the third string. Colleen had five spares overall. No one bowled well except for Colleen, who was only slightly under her average. Darryl, Trish and I were definitely under our individual averages.
We're not doing so well so far this season. Then again, last season wasn't so hot in the beginning either. So we may be able to pull this off somehow.
