This weekend proved to be... well... interesting is not the word I would use...

Friday night was a typical Friday. I didn't feel like cooking, so we got takeaway from Eddy's Pub. Good food, and the prices are great. TV was the typical Friday fare.

Saturday was a typical weekend day: trip to That's Entertainment, quick stop at the library, and a quick stop at C's school for a few things. That night, we went to my parents' for dinner.

Sunday, however, was the pick of the weekend.
I woke up feeling not so hot. I had a headache for some reason, and my legs felt weak. I put off my trip to the market for food in favor of just hanging at home. Good thing too, because when C got back from church, she took my temperature, even though she didn't think I felt warm. Result -- 101.4. Holy cow! Another problem: I had absolutely no appetite. I knew I should have forced myself to eat, but I couldn't. Later on that day, I was at 102. I really didn't want to do anything. Around 1830, I decided to crawl into bed so I could get under the covers. Not long after that, I forced myself to eat some soup so I could get a couple of Tylenol down my throat. After a while, my temp had gone down to 99.something, and this morning, I was at 98.6.
Weird, like a 24 hour bug. I still don't feel 100% this morning, but at least I don't feel as bad. I just need some more sleep. I downed the Tylenol PM around 2030 last night, and was drifting in and out sometime well after 2100. However, I wasn't sleeping all that well between 0230 and 0400 this morning. Ah well.

I still don't have much of an appetite this morning... I'm only picking at my muffin... I'm more thirsty than anything...

Marcus is now 12 weeks old... big for his age, strong... but hasn't quite achieved good motor control as of yet, what with the kicking, punching (to everyone including himself), the good ol' Glasgow Kiss (read: head butt)... but he's still the best kiddo in the world.
