For those of you who aren't already in a particular circle of my friends, I would invite everyone to check out
paladyn's LJ. He's a sergeant in the Army, currently rolling his tank through the streets and Zoo in Baghdad.
I point his LJ out to everyone I know on here because his is always interesting, even if he says that he's had "365 days of relative safety" while being over there.
However, he did have some involvement in the recent suicide bomb that left 46 people dead. His unit was one of the first on scene, and from his description, it's put him off of quite a bit.
He's due to rotate home in three months, and he's close to the end of his enlistment.
I ask that my friends on here check out his LJ, and give him a few words of encouragement and support, especially in these recent trying times.
Many many thanks, friends.

He's not too thrilled with a bunch of people he doesn't know reading his journal. Just so you're aware. Sez it kind of creeps him out especially when someone isn't a friend-of-a-friend. You might wanna rethink this.
