Gods, there's lots... homemade beef stew, chicken casserole, grilled cheese (usually with some sort of meat in there) sandwiches with chicken noodle soup...

Dark, or anything that's from Britain (particularly their Cadbury's)

Medium rare... sometimes marinated before grilling...

Medium to medium rare, with cheese and bacon...

I'll take 'em either friend (runny yolks) or scrambled (still just a touch runny, I don't like 'em dry)

Thin crust (almost New Yawk style), sauce, cheese (fresh smoked mozzarella, smoked provolone, and some jack), meat!, some herbals on top, and topped with Parmasiano Reggiano (the indisputed king of cheeses)

Chocolate cream

Red or green leaf lettuce, thinly sliced cukes, shredded carrot, some good dressing (Ken's Country French leaps to mind), croutons, maybe some bacon bits, and a few of those crunchy onion toppers...

Cheese, deli meat, butter and soda

Ice cream and something that I can nuke quickly for lunch or an on-my-own dinner

Once a week, maybe... typically it's what I call a "minor run"

To be honest, I don't recall. We received quite a few as either Christmas or wedding gifts, it's tough to tell... probably the stir-fry pan or the cast-iron skillet that I haven't seasoned or used yet...
