Well... we tried, that's all we can say...
Me: 94/77/108 = 279, avg 93. Running avg 85 (+1.3 from last week). 1 strike, 4 spares. Current high single.
Colleen: 76/79/88 = 243, avg 81. Running 88.8 (-1.3). 0 strikes, 2 spares.
Darryl: 86/83/102 = 271, avg 90.3. Running 99.1 (-1.5). 1 strike, 2 spares
Trish: 78/69/68 = 215, avg 71.7. Running 69.5 (+0.4). 0 strikes, 1 spare
We somehow managed to win the third string, but we lost the whole match.
Next week, we're playing a group of real jerks. Not exactly social, all they do is concentrate on the bowling. Plus one time when we faced them last year, we found a scoring error that changed our handicap... and they weren't even kind enough to acknowledge it. I think they were even rather ticked that we noticed it. Oh well, screw 'em, maybe we'll take some points from them.
