The Last Broadcast

Okay...
I just watched The Last Broadcast on IFC this afternoon. I've been wanting to see this movie for a few months now, and I couldn't find it at the local video rental outfits. What fortune I had this afternoon.
However, the ending raises more questions than were answered in the movie. Has anyone else seen this flick? If so, sound off here.

Well, yeah, that much I gathered... but the question remains -- why? I know they won't say in order to have people talk about it or whatever, but it's still a little confusing. I'm not saying I was completely disappointed with the movie as a whole, but... the ending did leave a little something to be desired, I think... It could have been done a little better, with a bit more of the creepiness we would have expected.
However, I still think Blair Witch Project (and not its horrible sequel) was a bit better in the ending department.
