You have the freedom to choose what to do in your life. Don't let anyone pressure you into doing what they do.

Gods, it was so long ago... I honestly don't remember.

3) Do you have any regrets?
Maybe a few minor ones, but nothing truly major.

4) What would you REALLY want to do with your life?
Enjoy it. I have a lot to be happy about.

5) Do you have any other hobbies apart from gaming and aikido? Name 'em if you do.
Guitar, computers, languages, reading, punning... to name a few...

The Life of Pink

And now our hero looks at a Thursday morning.
I feel a little better than I had the past couple of mornings. Not as grogged out due to sleep dep or anything. I ended up not going to Aikido last night, since I had to finish up a couple of calls past going-home time, and traffic became a bear. When I got home, I would have had about ten minutes to get my bag together, get out the door, drive to the school, change, and get in the mindset. Plus, I was physically and mentally exhausted, so I decided to bin it. If I went, I would have ended up making stupid mistakes because my brain would have gone to sleep at various points. Next week, though, I'm going.

But tonight, our hero faces the Child Safety and CPR class. I have to get out on time tonight so that I can rush home, program the VCR for CSI, get us up to the hospital, and get food before the class begins. I will be eating during the class. I'm not sacrificing that at all.

Yesterday was a hectic day at work for our hero. The phone barely stopped ringing long enough for him to have a decent-sized breather. All the posts you see are basically written over the course of the day.
I just hope it settles down today, since I'm the only one on the phones. Next week, I hear it should be very quiet indeed.

Actually, since I had to get up and walk about for a minute, I am starting to feel fatigued. Gotta start on my iron again, it looks like. Vitamins after lunch.

C'mon people, volunteer to be interviewed... been working on questions here. :)

Another addition to my Holy Shit! factors... last night, I assembled Marcus' bassinet. C was extremely surprised at that. Now he has somewhere to sleep when he gets to our place.

Well, lunch was all right. Never finished the leftover pasta I brought -- stuff ravioli and rigatoni with a meat sauce.
And for afters, I've already noshed on a mini-bag of white cheddar ranch popcorn, and am now trying Stop & Shop's Fudge Mint squares... not as good as the Girl Scouts' Thin Mints, but whaddya expect for a buck?

Ahhhh... just after 1600, and no phone right now... and WZLX is rewarding me with "Run Like Hell" in a much needed Floyd break... make that a three-fer... "Money" and "Young Lust". You would think we could get three songs off of three different albums, but I'm not complaining.
Ah, soon I'll have as many Floyd breaks as I want in my car...

TV last night was interesting. I caught the first episode of Revelations. I don't know why I have an interest in such biblical material, since I don't follow those lines of belief. But still, it does hold interest with me. Maybe it's the X-Files aspect of the show... the paranormal, supernatural aspect of religious beliefs...
Plus, I watched my first episode of Eyes, a show about private investigators starring Tim Daly, formerly of Wings. Oddly enough, that was the title of last night's ep. The show, I think, has some promise. I like him as an actor.

That's all I have for now
Nothing more to report
Carry on
