Well things are going rather well, I think.
I have my Dell certifications, so I can order parts. Yesterday, I tested the system to see how long it would take a part to get here. Looks like if I do it by about mid-afternoon or so, I can get it the next business day. That I like.
I don't have my ID to access the call management system as of yet, so I can't work calls just yet. We're supposed to be going live with this on Monday, but there's always the chance that we won't. We'll just see.
Other than that, I like it here... if I really kick bottom, perhaps I can snag a full-time position here...
