Right now, Verizon Online users can't get their mail...
There was maintenance scheduled for 12.01am to 6am CST today.
It's now 12.05pm, and we still can't get our mail. That's five full hours after the stated end time.
I would lodge a complaint, but I was already on hold with tech support this morning for over half an hour, and I obviously can't email them from my Verizon account. It would probably seem silly to do it from my Yahoo account.
If I don't have email by 4pm this afternoon, I will be calling tech support again, and lodge a formal complaint about the service that I'm paying for and not getting today, especially when I -need- to have access to my email to mail out resumes and whatnot.

Update: As of 4:00pm, e-mail is back.
