Well, it looks like I've been put on a 6+ month-long contract as a PC tech in Dudley, MA. The company is Gentex Optics.
I start at 8am on Monday 2 February. First project detail I'll be on is an XP migration. If I do well enough, I could be kept on longer as either a contractor or be brought on as a hired employee.
Not too shabby, eh?

Is Dudley close enough to commute?

The town's right between Webster and Sturbridge, so all I have to do is nip down 395 to Rt 16 and through Webster.
I -might- be able to update my LJ while at work, but don't bet the farm on it... at least not for the first couple of weeks or so.
