Then I recalled the fact that I used the bathrooms at school very very seldom, and it didn't do me harm. Heck, I use the bathrooms here at work once a day (very rarely 2x), and I usually drink a couple liters of water while I'm here.
I'm sure they can get up and go during the lunch period, that and 30 times in 20-22 days should be sufficient. The end of the article specified 15 bathroom breaks and 15 hall passes for whatever.
More reasonable would be to allow 1 during class bathroom break per day, along with the 15 limit on hall passes. With unused bathroom breaks to be traded 2 for 1 at the end of the month on whereever passes.
But if you have to go, you have to go.
