I only got four responses on this, so... here we go...

1. I have two official birth certificates.
This is true, since I was born overseas due to Dad being in the Navy at the time. Both are for US Citizens, but one says "US Citizen Born Abroad."

2. Most of my relationships have stemmed from the ‘net.
Again, true. Only one of my girlfriends stemmed from a face-to-face meetup. Even my wife was originally a 'net meeting.

3. I have (unofficially) one hour of flight time in the cockpit’s seat.
True. This was from an aerodynamics-type course I was in way back in the 6th grade. This is what started me on my aerospace kick.

4. I once took two weeks out one summer to translate The Wall into German, just for laughs.
Yup. Kind of figures with me, doesn't it?

5. I gave a copy of #4 to my German teacher, just for laughs.
Again, ja. And she made the comment of, "Interesting..."

6. I can touch my elbows behind my back.
True. Since losing a good deal of weight, I've regained a good amount of flexibility. Plus, I was described by an Aikido sensei as having soft shoulders.

7. I can play a left-handed guitar as is without restringing.
It takes a little more brain processing, but yes, I can do this.

8. I often make random (but usually try to stay on-topic) quotes from TV shows and movies… sometimes complete with accent.
Much to the annoyance of my friends and such, yes.

9. I fractured my left middle finger – twice.
True. Back when I was living in Pensacola FL. In a car door and in between a brick wall and a doorknob, all in the same day, I think. I was pretty young at the time.

10. Both times that I sprained my right foot, I was wearing the same brand of boots.
Yep. Hi-Tec Magnum SWAT boots. First time, I was doing an intricate (read: stupid) dance step, and the only thing supporting my weight at the moment was the blade of my right foot. Second time, playing paintball. Foot skidded off a rock into some mud as my body continued to turn and my foot didn't. Boots saved me from worse injuries, both times.

11. I always remember to introduce my wife to people.
Much to my chagrin, and thanks to constant reminders after-the-fact from said spouse, this is the false one.

12. Back in high school, I was able to get double-takes from the girls by doing splits in gym class.
True.

13. I used to like Cisco. (The cheap liquor, not the networking equipment.)
Much to my disgust these days, yes. One day, the stuff just suddenly turned nasty.

14. I used to drink Southern Comfort and Mountain Dew, aka Gummy Bear.
Again, true. Never found the right ratio though...

15. My current job has nothing to do with my college degree.
I believe this is true with quite a few of my friends who didn't take CS or IT in college... and it's true with me.

So, #11 is the answer. Kudos to [livejournal.com profile] that_xmas. Well spotted.

Another one of these may crop up at some point, just for grins...
