The interview went well, I thought. The manager doing the interview told me that I had everything he was looking for. I was the first out of five or six interviews.
I'll find out how it all went later on this week.
Fingers and toes are crossed.
Interesting bits about this Help Desk:
- It's all done remotely, especially since I think we're helping people outside our building. This could prove to be interesting.
- They handle over a thousand calls a day.
- The manager knows about the "Mute Button" usage when handling a caller... guess he's been there before too. :)

Smithfield RI's not a bad haul -- about 45 minutes to get there.
