Okay, so I have my interview tomorrow morning, right? Supposedly lunch with Dad afterwards, too...

Well, I get this one call about a long-term to indefinite contract position in Lexington, doing over-the-phone PC support. (Not first-line Help Desk triage calls, mind you.) They're desperate for someone to start immediately. So now I'm arranging to have the interview for that in the afternoon tomorrow. If all goes well, I'll be employed on Friday, hitting the ground running.

Then I get a call from another headhunter about another position in Southbridge, with a possible interview on that. Since tomorrow's pretty much booked, I asked if it could be on Friday. (Note: if Friday is taken by the above-mentioned job, I'll cancel the whole shooting match.)

After that was over and done with, my mobile rings. It's yet another person looking for a PC tech for work. Yee Gods, people. The phones are like a switchboard at the 911 call center during the LA riots!

Anywho... wish me luck on any one or all of the above. I'm hoping for the Lexington one myself, since it's immediate need and the pay's good.

Wow! Looks like you are having all kinds of good luck across the board! That's great!

Good luck, or as we say in show-biz break a leg. Which basically means the bending of the leg an acctor does while accepting a standing oviation. So I guess I'm wishing you a standing ovation, which I guess is kind of unlikely and useless at a job interview. But heck, if you get one remember I wished it for you. And if it happens I'll have to wish for much more useful things, then standinding ovations, but like recieving the job.....
I'm off to do karaoke at the LJ bar.
